Welcome to our website! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules and guidelines for using our website and purchasing our handmade tumblers and other products.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or submitting a custom order, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Return, Refund & Tumbler Care Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Our Products

We specialize in handmade tumblers, including Ready-to-Ship and custom-designed epoxy tumblers.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, glitter placement, texture, decals, patterns, and other decorative elements may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not constitute defects.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, designs, and details accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography.

2. Ready-to-Ship Orders

Products identified as Ready to Ship have already been created and are available for shipment.

Once a Ready-to-Ship order has been placed, we will process and ship it according to the shipping information provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

3. Custom Orders

Custom tumblers are created based on information, preferences, and design choices submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including but not limited to:

• Names and spelling
• Colors
• Fonts
• Images
• Designs
• Personalization details
• Other requested specifications

We may communicate with customers during the design process and provide opportunities to review and approve the design.

Once the customer approves the design, production may proceed and changes may no longer be possible.

Because custom tumblers are made specifically for the customer, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Customer Approval

We want you to love your custom tumbler!

Before completing a custom order, customers may be asked to review and approve design details.

By approving a design, the customer confirms that the information and design are accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Once approved, we are not responsible for customer-requested changes that are made after production has begun.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are displayed on the website and may change at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and accepted.

Payment must be received before an order will be processed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in situations involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing errors, or other circumstances that may affect the ability to fulfill an order.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24–48 hours of purchase, provided that production has not begun.

Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be canceled.

Please refer to our Return, Refund & Tumbler Care Policy for additional information regarding cancellations, refunds, returns, and damaged products.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe communicated on our website or at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other shipping disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

8. Damaged Packages

We carefully package our tumblers to help protect them during shipping. However, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

Please keep all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

We may offer a repair or replacement depending on the circumstances. Please refer to our Return, Refund & Tumbler Care Policy for additional information.

9. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their tumbler.

Our tumblers should be hand washed only and should not be placed in a dishwasher or microwave.

Damage resulting from misuse, dropping, dishwasher use, soaking, extreme heat, improper cleaning, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a product defect.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, written content, artwork, names, and branding, is owned by or licensed to our business unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

11. Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit photographs, artwork, logos, names, text, or other materials for use in a custom order, you represent that you have permission to use those materials and that submitting them does not knowingly violate another person’s intellectual property rights.

You retain ownership of materials that you provide to us, except for any rights necessary for us to use those materials to create and fulfill your order.

We reserve the right to refuse custom designs that we reasonably believe violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights or contain unlawful, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content.

12. Photos of Custom Work

Unless otherwise agreed upon, we may photograph completed custom products for our business portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or promotional purposes.

If you do not want your custom tumbler photographed or used for promotional purposes, please let us know before placing your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.

13. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Use the website to commit or encourage unlawful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Use our website or content to impersonate another person or business.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Our products are intended to be used according to the care instructions provided with them. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidents, or failure to follow product instructions.
